Floyd FinneyGreetings! I'm Floyd Finney, from Milton. I've been a director of the WSHC for a couple of years now. It's been interesting and educational. I really enjoy being part of the Trails Committee and the Legislative Committee. When my daughters were 4-H age, I got very involved in the Rock County 4-H Horse and Pony Project, and I was co-superintendant for that group for over 20 years. We have 6 horses right now, and enjoy trail riding all over the country.

My wife, Diane and I have adopted several mustangs throught the BLM. The picture is Scout, a 4 year old mustang. We also have had quarter horses, apps, a paint, and an arab. One of the great joys in my life has been to bring horses and kids together and watch them become a team.

If you have any questions or comments and you live in Dist. 4, I'd be glad to hear from you.
