  • Description

    Level II membership class is available to any equine related organization or business that derives a portion of its income from the equine industry. Level II members may participate in Districts and District meetings in much the same way as Level I members. If the membership of a Level II organization happens to span more than one District, the organization as a whole must choose one of those Districts in which to participate. A Level II organization or business has only 1 vote in District matters and as such should appoint an individual for attending District meetings to represent them and vote. A Level II appointee is eligible to be elected as a Director from that particular District. Membership must be current to vote at District meetings.

    Wisconsin Horse Council does not sell or distribute our membership list. Information is kept private for use only by our organization for WHC business.

    Membership dues, payments and gifts to Wisconsin Horse Council are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Such payments may be deductible under the Internal Revenue Code as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
