This webinar will provide some basic information on trails in federally-designated Wilderness, examples of practical experiences, and resources to learn more.

An American Trails webinar typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, with around 10-30 minutes for Q&A at the end. All webinars are recorded, offer free learning credits, offer real-time closed captioning in English (other languages available upon request), and attendees are sent a link to the recording, closed caption transcript, and resources slide within 2 days post-webinar (or immediately for archived webinars).

  • American Institute of Certified Planners Continuing Maintenance (AICP CM) 
  • National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) CEU equivalency petition

Learning credits are included in the registration fee. For our free webinars, learning credits can be purchased via our online store here. Our webinars earn the following credits: AICP CM (1.5), LA CES (1.5), and NRPA CEU equivalency petition (0.10).
