Don't Miss ELCR's FREE Webinar on August 22nd!

Don’t forget to register for our joint August 22, 2019 webinar, “Equestrian Trail Design for Urban Multi-Use Trails.” ELCR again partners with American Trails to host the event. RHINO Marking and Protection Systems sponsors this FREE event. Presenters Matthew Woodson (President and Founder, Okanogan Trail Construction) and landscape architect Jim Coffman (President, Coffman Studio) will join ELCR’s Denise O’Meara, PLA, to explore community issues and equine/multi-use trail planning, design and construction. The team will discuss construction methods for multi-use trails that can interface with ADA and other user trails in more urban environments. Key materials and tread surfacing that are horse-friendly will be highlighted from both safety and best practices-sustainability perspectives. The presenters will also explore how to accomplish maximally sustainable trails through effective wilderness design criteria. Professional CEUs are available for this webinar at a minimal cost. The Webinar starts at 1:00 pm Eastern Daylight Savings time. See below for the registration link.
